The challenge
Managing a rich content ecosystem means handling complex relationships between pathways, campaigns, and individual quests. The legacy setup couldn’t effectively support the intricate CRUD operations and content lifecycle needed for dynamic, modular learning experiences.
Context
The admin portal is the backbone of the Learn & Earn app. It’s where all content is created, managed, and repurposed— from modular pathways with nested child content to campaigns that eventually transform into tutorials. A robust system was critical to maintain consistency and ease of management.
The solution
We built a comprehensive admin management portal that streamlines content creation and maintenance. Using a modular approach, we established clear interface contracts and intuitive workflows that support the entire content lifecycle, ensuring that all CRUD features are aligned with the dynamic structure of pathways and campaigns.

Research & Discovery
We started by pulling apart the StackUp content model — pathways, campaigns, quests, tutorials — and mapping how everything connected. It looked neat on the surface, but under the hood, there were a lot of hidden relationships and messy edge cases. Our job was to build the admin portal that would power it all.

The original prototype we inherited — used as a starting point to identify key pain points and restructure the app.
